I want to exercise but I can never seem to find the time.
I want to improve my stamina and health.
I want to lose weight and stay slim permanently.
I've tried dieting, slimming pills and slimming treatments but I am not happy with the results.
I have been walking / jogging / doing the same form of exercise for a while and have not seen any significant results.
I worry I will lack discipline and motivation after I start.
